Partner with the asset management team to enhance portfolio performance and reporting. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelors Degree or Masters degree in real estate strongly preferred. A focus on business, finance, economics, real estate, or related fields. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, private equity, or institutional brokerage (JLL, CBRE, Berkadia, Newmark, Cushman & Wakefield, etc.). Prior exposure to U.S. markets and commercial real estate transactions preferred. Profound understanding and experience with real estate fundamentals, business valuation, financial underwriting, and/or accounting. Strong understanding of key investment metrics: IRR, Equity Multiple, Cap Rates, DSCR, etc.., with proficient understanding of deal structures, promotes, etc. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint and RedIQ, Argus (optional but preferred), CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Google Earth, etc. Soft Skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical rigor.
