As a Senior Associate, you will be part of a high-performing team addressing complex business challenges from strategy through execution. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP SD, supporting both implementation and support projects, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.
Serve as an SME in SAP SD with hands-on configuration and support experience.
Develop proof of concepts (POC) and thought leadership pieces integrating emerging technologies like AI and Blockchain.
Mentor and support junior team members through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Handle incident, change, and problem management within defined SLAs.
Review and ensure the quality and relevance of deliverables.
Proactively report project status, manage escalations, and mitigate risks.
Drive ticket quality and service delivery.
Build effective working relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and cross-competency tasks.
6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD across support and implementation projects.
Strong expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA.
Deep understanding and configuration knowledge of:
Order Management
Pricing Techniques
Delivery & Shipment
Billing
Outputs / BRF+ Controls
Credit Management
Sales Processes: Third-party, Intercompany, Cash Sales, Rush Orders, STOs
Technical integration knowledge with ALE/IDOC and EDI/IDOC.
Solid skills in functional business analysis, project management, and agile/waterfall methodologies.
SAP SD and S/4 HANA Sales Certification.
Exposure to SAP GTS, Vistex, SAP CS, or SAP IS-Retail.
Experience with integrated modules: FI/CO, MM, PS, HR.
Hands-on with tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, MQC, LSMW.
