Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate located in Kangra. The Guest Services Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service by handling guest inquiries, making reservations, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience. Daily tasks include assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, managing phone and email communications, and addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service skills
• Reservations management skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and individually
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality
