Job Description

A Guest Service Associate (GSA) in food and beverage (F&B) services is responsible for providing excellent customer service in restaurants, cafes, and hotels. Your duties will include greeting guests and making a good first impression, taking orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen or bar, serving food and drinks in a timely manner, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. You will also be responsible for handling guest complaints or issues professionally, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, following safety standards related to food safety and hygiene, assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies, and preparing tables for dining. Additionally, you will assist with setting up and breaking down for special events, promoting special menu items or promotions, and ensuring a strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.,
