Job Description

The Indian Hotels Company Limited is looking for Guest Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction
Supervision: Lead and supervise the guest services team, including front desk agents, concierge staff, and bellhops
Check-In and Check-Out: Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring they are efficient and seamless
Reservations: Assist with room reservations, cancellations, and modifications, and ensure accuracy in guest bookings
Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints, requests, and issues, finding solutions to ensure a positive guest experience
Communication: Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to meet guest needs and resolve issues
Training: Train and mentor guest service staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service
Financial Transactions: Handle financial transactions, such as room charges, deposits, and payment processing
Upgrades and Special Requests: Manage room upgrades, special requests, and VIP guest services
Safety and Security: Ensure guest safety and security by following hotel policies and procedures and handling emergencies as needed
Guest Feedback: Collect and document guest feedback and comments to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to management
Shift Management: Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts
