We are looking for a Guest Service Associate for grocery store operations in Bangalore, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences. As a Guest Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly and ensuring a welcoming, personalized experience from arrival to departure. You will assist guests with inquiries related to the menu, retail products, store layout, and brand philosophy. In addition, you will be responsible for handling billing, orders, and product exchanges efficiently while maintaining accuracy. It will be crucial for you to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for complete satisfaction. You will also play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, including caf tables and retail counters. Furthermore, your role will involve upselling products and experiences mindfully, keeping customer needs and preferences in mind at all times. You will have the opportunity to capture feedback from guests and relay insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
