Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience and be able to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet guest needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and guest interactions.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
Ability to lift heavy cleaning equipment and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
