Join our dynamic team as a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping at our prestigious hotel in Mumbai, India! Were looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping

Restock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed

Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Maintain the security and privacy of guest rooms and guest information

Assist in deep cleaning and special projects as assigned

Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
