Guest Service Associate - Food & Beverage

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in food and beverage service, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Maintain high levels of product knowledge, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Guest Service Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
