Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GSA Food & Beverage professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with expertise in food and beverage operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse customer needs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverages to ensure they meet standards.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Train new staff members on food safety protocols and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
