Guest Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
Take food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages as per service standards.
Upsell menu items through suggestive selling techniques.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup in the service area.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Process billing and handle POS systems.
Assist in banquet events, room service, and other F&B operations as required.
Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
