Job Title: Guest Service Associate F&B Service Department: Food & Beverage Service Location: Gurugram Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, ensuring smooth restaurant/banquet operations, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating. Take food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages as per service standards. Upsell menu items through suggestive selling techniques. Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup in the service area. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service. Process billing and handle POS systems. Assist in banquet events, room service, and other F&B operations as required. Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
