Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager at The Leela Mumbai, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and managing guest relations by addressing concerns and requests. The day-to-day tasks include handling guest inquiries, overseeing check-in/check-out procedures, coordinating with other departments, and providing personalized services to enhance guest experiences. Training and guiding staff to maintain high standards of service will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in training staff and maintaining service standards
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
