Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Airport Representative located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Airport Representative will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure at the airport. The role involves coordinating transportation arrangements, handling guest inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient transfers, and providing exemplary customer service. The representative will also liaise with various departments of the hotel to ensure guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and possibly other languages
• Ability to manage and coordinate transportation arrangements efficiently
• Familiarity with hotel operations and standard procedures
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus
