Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager located in Tricity. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, training staff on customer relations, and maintaining high standards of guest experience on a day-to-day basis. Also for the sooth Operations.

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Training staff on customer relations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
