Job Summary:

We are looking for a warm, approachable, and customer-focused individual to join our cafe team as a Customer Relationship Executive. This role is responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for every guest, engaging with them proactively, understanding their needs, and explaining our cafe’s offerings and loyalty app. The ideal candidate will be a people person with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.

● Interact with guests to understand their preferences and ensure they have a pleasant cafe experience.

● Explain the cafe’s menu, special offers, and loyalty/ordering app features clearly and effectively.

● Assist customers in downloading, registering, and navigating the cafe app.

● Collect feedback from guests and share insights with the management team for continuous improvement.

● Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.

● Oversee the overall appearance and ambiance of the cafe, ensuring cleanliness, organized seating, and a welcoming environment at all times.**

● Monitor and respond to customer feedback on Google reviews and other online platforms, ensuring timely and professional replies.

● Encourage happy customers to share positive reviews online to strengthen the cafe’s reputation.

● Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits.

● Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values of hospitality and service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
