Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Palghar. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by managing guest interactions, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining communication with guests, handling receptionist duties, and driving sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to guest relations and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for all guests.
