Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Gurgaon. The Guest Relations Executive will handle day-to-day guest interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with reception duties. The role also involves maintaining guest satisfaction and contributing to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Sales and ability to manage client interactions effectively
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including handling calls, inquiries, and administrative tasks
• Professional attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred
