Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Kollam. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction, and promoting resort services and amenities. The role involves maintaining a hospitable environment and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Relations and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to handle Receptionist Duties efficiently
• Proficiency in Sales and promoting resort services
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• A degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field is preferred
