Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located at Kollam Taluka. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling customer inquiries, facilitating check-in processes, and maintaining professional communication with guests. Daily tasks will include answering phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Customer Service and Check-in skills
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
Attention to detail and organizational skills
