Lake n River Resort Munroe Island is nestled between the Kallada River and Ashtamudi Lake in Munroe Island, Kollam, Kerala. Renowned for being the ideal location for destination weddings, the resort offers a unique and scenic experience for guests. The serene environment and picturesque landscapes make it a coveted destination.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kollam Taluka for a Food and Beverage Associate. The Food and Beverage Associate will oversee daily food service operations, support the culinary team, serve guests, ensure a high level of customer service, and maintain the cleanliness and quality standards of food and beverages. The role requires coordinating with various departments to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Basic Culinary Skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in hospitality is beneficial
