Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Associate at our Kodaikanal resort. The responsibilities include welcoming guests and assisting with food and beverage needs, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining areas. The associate will work closely with the F&B team to deliver a memorable dining experience by managing orders, providing recommendations, and addressing guest queries promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

• Customer service and guest engagement skills to provide excellent dining experiences.
• Knowledge in food and beverage service operations, including table setting, order taking, and serving.
• Strong communication, collaborative teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and adapt to guest needs.
• Prior experience in food & beverage service or hospitality is advantageous.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
