Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kollam Taluka. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the resort. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, public areas, and other designated places, handling laundry services, replenishing supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Housekeeping Associate will also assist with training new staff members and maintaining strong communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong Organization Skills and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Experience in handling Laundry services
• Ability to train new staff members effectively
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
