Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of guest relations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relation or hospitality industry is required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
