Duties and Responsibilities:

Taking constant feedback from guests and resolving any complaints, grievances, and concerns in an efficient and timely manner. Timely reporting complaints to the management.
Managing the guests at the entrance/s of the unit, allocating the floor/table as per the request. Overseeing VIP guests and group reservations. Ensures the communication is sent to all concerned departments and acknowledged.
Update self to the current third party associations as agreed by the management and keep the operations supervisory/executives informed.
Updates the management on the data collected from guests in-house.
Allot and allocate tables to all guests. Manage the wait-list efficiently and ensure maximum turnover of tables.
All communication about events/promotions within the unit to be strategically displayed.
Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
Maintains and displays up-to-date information on current food and beverage rates, current and forthcoming promotions, offers, and packages.
Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail.
Must be guest service focused and a team player, with a positive attitude and outgoing personality.
Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
