Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and personalized solutions
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, from check-in to check-out
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to offer recommendations and enhance guest experiences
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction
  • Assist in organizing and executing guest-related events, activities, and special occasions
  • Ensure the guest reception area is tidy, organized, and equipped with necessary materials and information
  • Maintain and update guest records, preferences, and feedback in the hotel management system

    Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a strong emphasis on guest relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenging situations with poise
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and basic office applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest needs
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality degree or certification is a plus
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with a diverse clientele
