Job Description – Guest Relation Executive Position Summary The Guest Relation Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth service, and a memorable experience. This role is responsible for handling guest inquiries, addressing concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression upon arrival. Assist customers with seating, reservations, and special requests. Provide accurate information about menu items, café offerings, promotions, and services. Handle guest complaints, concerns, or feedback with professionalism and empathy. Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure smooth operations. Maintain records of reservations, walk-ins, and guest preferences. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest areas. Assist in promotional events, customer engagement activities, and brand-building initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred (not mandatory). Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Professional appearance, courteous behavior, and customer-first attitude. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment Location: Cafe De Rois Reports to: Café Manager / Operations Head Schedule: Flexible, including weekends and holidays as per business needs.
