Job Title: Personal Secretary Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires confidentiality, efficiency, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings. Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and files as required. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings. Draft, proofread, and edit official communications and letters. Maintain records, files, and databases in a well-organized manner. Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and project progress. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Support with personal tasks as required (errands, reservations, etc.). Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools. Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Professional demeanor, integrity, and discretion. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent priorities. Work Environment Office-based with occasional travel for meetings and events. Dynamic, fast-paced role with high interaction with management and external parties.
