Overview:
The GTM Systems Agent Architect will design, build, and operationalize agentic AI workflows, primarily leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, to transform internal GTM processes. This role combines deep technical expertise with business process insight to create autonomous, intelligent solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making across the GTM ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Architect Agentic Workflows
Design multi-step autonomous workflows in Agentforce, incorporating memory, reasoning, and tool integrations. Define agent objectives, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints to ensure safe and controlled execution. -
Integrate with the GTM Tech Stack
Connect Agentforce workflows to Salesforce, RevOps data systems, APIs, and third-party SaaS platforms

Prototype, Test, and Scale
Build proof-of-concepts and pilots for new agentic solutions. Conduct performance testing, optimize agent behavior, and scale validated solutions into production.

Embed Governance and Compliance
Implement auditability, access control, and compliance guardrails into all agent workflows. Partner with Legal, InfoSec, and Compliance to align with corporate AI policies and frameworks.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with GTM Ops, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into structured agent workflows. Document workflows, decision logic, and operational dependencies for continuity and scaling.

Monitor and Optimize Agent Performance
Establish KPIs for agent impact (e.g., time saved, accuracy rates, adoption metrics). Continuously refine workflows based on usage patterns, feedback, and business priorities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in AI/automation development, enterprise system integration, or similar technical role.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or other agentic AI platforms.

Proficiency in Apex, Python, JavaScript, and API-based integrations.

Strong understanding of GTM systems (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Automation).

Experience designing autonomous or multi-agent systems with governance controls.

Excellent documentation skills, and able to translate technical logic into business-readable process maps.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
