Role & responsibilities

GTM Operations Specialist

Services Description:

Sales Forecasting and Business Reviews:

Support the preparation of weekly business reviews, including data aggregation, validation, and basic data analysis, as well as facilitating inputs for sales.
Help run tools and procedures that enhance sales forecasting accuracy.

GTM Dashboards and Reporting:

Assist in the management of Salesforce reports and basic dashboards for Sales management and frontline sellers.
Aid in streamlining and optimizing reporting processes.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts on analytical projects, with special attention being paid to QA

GTM Operations Support:

Assist with the analysis on escalated issues related to targets, territories, and report bugs.
Utilize CRM to identify, manage, and resolve issues effectively.
Help provide operational support to the wider GTM Operations team and assist in maintaining the integrity of Clients CRM system.

Qualifications:

Strong CRM experience, with an understanding of managing and navigating accounts and opportunities.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay focused and to ensure high levels of accuracy when following and developing procedures
Strong skills in creating and maintaining spreadsheet reports, with familiarity of functions like sumifs, vlookups.
Basic SQL skills, including an understanding of how to run and update queries.
Demonstrated ability to work on tight deadlines and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Previous experience working in an operational role, managing diverse tasks across various functions

Solid problem-solving skills with the flexibility to work on a variety of projects and adapt as necessary
