Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GST Executive, located in Gurgaon. The GST Executive will handle GST compliance, including filing returns and preparing reconciliation; assist in GST audits, litigation, and refund filings; and stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations. Responsibilities also include analyzing transactions for tax implications, responding to client queries related to GST, coordinating with tax authorities, and preparing necessary documentation for tax assessments. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GST compliance, reconciliation, return filing, and reporting
• Experience in GST audits, assessments, refunds, and litigation processes
• Understanding of indirect tax laws, GST regulations, and tax implications on business transactions
• Proficiency in using accounting software, tax tools, and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and tax authorities
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Relevant experience in the field of tax compliance; a Qualified or Semi Qualified CA is preferred
