Job Description

GSA Housekeeping

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Clean and service

    assigned guest rooms according to established standards and schedule.
  • Replenish all guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and on carts.
  • Ensure all equipment (vacuums, cleaning tools) is properly maintained and used safely.
  • Report all room defects, maintenance needs, or lost and found items promptly.
  • Maintain

    cleanliness

    of assigned public area spaces as needed.
  • Adhere to strict

    health, safety, and hygiene

    protocols.
  • Interact courteously with guests, honoring reasonable requests.
  • Manage linen usage and minimize wastage.
