Growth & Partnerships Associate

Phionike Design Studio is growing fast and we’re on a mission to become one of the top design studios globally.

We’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Associate who can help us scale our presence, drive lead generation, and build meaningful partnerships across the globe.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners in the B2B SaaS and design ecosystem.

• Support founder-led outreach across LinkedIn, email, and events.

• Build relationships with various channel partners.

• Contribute to Phionike’s brand and thought leadership content.

• Help shape our long-term growth playbook as we approach our 10 year milestone.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience (or strong internships) in business development, partnerships, or marketing.

• Great communication skills and comfort reaching out to senior leaders.

• A curious, proactive, and creative mindset — someone who genuinely enjoys connecting dots.

• Mumbai-based (hybrid role).
