Growth & Partnership Associate (Intern)

Role Overview

You will work directly with the CEO and core team to:

• Conduct targeted outreach to founders and CXOs via

  LinkedIn, email, and phone

• Develop and refine

  prospecting strategies

  and outreach messaging

• Research and build a pipeline of

  high-potential startup leads

• Support discovery calls and sales pitches

• Maintain CRM systems

• Analyze outreach performance and optimize campaigns

• Contribute to the overall

  growth strategy

  of T360

Key Responsibilities

• Execute structured outreach campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages)

• Identify and qualify leads from founder networks, startup lists, and accelerators

• Maintain clean and organized sales pipelines in CRM tools

• Contribute ideas for founder-centric campaigns and GTM initiatives

• Track KPIs and assist in reporting and forecasting BD performance

• Participate in team huddles and strategy syncs with internal teams

• Research-driven, with a sharp understanding of startup ecosystems
