We’re Hiring: Growth & Founder’s Associate at Shakktii

Shakktii is a fast-growing AI venture studio building bold, impactful products across education, careers, trade, and social innovation. We’re on the lookout for a **Growth & Founder’s Associate— a dynamic, multi-hat role that blends marketing, client success, content creation, and direct support to the founder’s office.

This is not your typical job. It’s a launchpad for future founders, operators, and changemakers.

What You’ll Own

- Marketing & Content: Run social media campaigns, create posts using AI tools/Canva, and support branding efforts.

- Client Success: Build strong relationships with clients, colleges, institutions, and partners. Ensure smooth execution of workshops, pilots, and collaborations.

- Founder’s Office: Assist with scheduling, coordination, presentations, and cross-venture execution.

- College Engagement: Coordinate student workshops, events, and institutional partnerships.

- Research & Insights:Track trends, conduct competitor research, and prepare reports to guide decision-making.

- Execution Support: Be the go-to person to “get things done” — from marketing decks to event logistics.

- Internal Communication: coordinate with leaders of other teams like Tech, Communication, Design and other

🔹 Who We’re Looking For

- Graduate or MBA (Marketing, Business, or related) — freshers welcome if you’re energetic and eager to learn.

- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred).

- Comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, Canva, LinkedIn, analytics, Meta Ads, etc)

- Passionate about startups, AI, education, social impact and growth.

- Organized, adaptable, and proactive — able to juggle creative and operational tasks.
