Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in our digital marketing agency. The role is responsible for achieving a monthly sales target through strategic field activities, client engagement, and team coordination.

The ideal candidate will be target-driven, skilled in sales, and experienced in digital marketing services such as SEO, social media, Google Ads, website development, and branding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve a monthly business target through direct sales and client conversions.
• Generate leads by field visits, cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Present and pitch agency services:
• SEO & SEM
• Social Media Marketing
• Google Ads / PPC Campaigns
• Website Design & Development
• Branding & Creative Solutions
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create proposals and marketing strategies.
• Prepare weekly & monthly revenue reports for management.
• Mentor junior field staff / executives to help them achieve their targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience in sales / business development (digital marketing industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing services & trends.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Graduate preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler & smartphone for field visits.
