About Tavasyam

Tavasyam is not just another fitness app. We are on a mission to build a lasting health culture in every Indian household. We are a tech-enabled wellness company with a powerful, philosophy-driven approach, starting with our "Family as a Team" coaching model.

We are a pre-launch, founder-led startup with a clear vision, an app in development, and our first clients. We are now looking for our first dedicated growth hire to build our scalable acquisition engine.


Your Mission

This is not a "planning" or "agency management" role. This is a hands-on "builder" role.

Your single, essential mission for the first six months is to design, build, and personally execute Tavasyam's first predictable and scalable client acquisition funnel. You will have full ownership, a clear budget, and a direct line to the founders.


What You Will Own & Build:

  • Influencer Acquisition System

    : You will take our early success with one influencer and build a complete, repeatable system for identifying, contacting, negotiating with, and managing a portfolio of high-ROI NRI micro-influencers.
  • Paid Acquisition Funnel:

    You will personally design, launch, manage, and optimize our paid Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad funnels. This includes writing the ad copy, working with our team on creative, building the landing pages, and managing the budget.
  • Full-Funnel Analytics:

    You will own the entire funnel, from the first click to a booked call. You will obsessively track and report on the only metrics that matter: Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Systematization:

    You will document your successes and failures to create the first draft of the "Tavasyam Acquisition Playbook," which will become the foundation of our entire marketing department.


This Role is a "Hell Yes!" for You If...

  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience building acquisition funnels for a high-ticket (e.g., ₹40k+ or $500+) coaching, course, or service-based business. This is a non-negotiable.
  • You are an expert doer, not just a planner. You can personally write compelling ad copy, build a simple, high-converting landing page and optimize a Meta ads campaign to get a positive ROI.
  • You are a "systems thinker" who knows how to turn a manual process (like influencer outreach) into a scalable, documented system.
  • You are data-driven and would rather look at a funnel's conversion numbers than a vanity metric like "likes."
  • You are excited by our mission to build a meaningful, philosophy-driven brand for the global Indian community.
