Avantor is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and experienced Growth Marketing Coordinator, who will be responsible for delivering results against some of the most complex business and technology initiatives.This role will be a full-time position based out of IND- Coimbatore. If you are passionate about solving complex challenges and driving innovation lets talk!The Growth Marketing Coordinator participates in the sales and marketing strategy to execute digital marketing campaigns following analysis and evaluation of various market trends. The role delivers split (A/B) testing and personalization campaigns, driving incremental business value every day by optimizing e-commerce conversion. This role partners with stakeholder teams to identify, prioritize, and execute customer experience improvements through iterative testing and measurement while driving all strategy and operations related to the creation, maintenance and operation of optimization & personalization activities across web and email campaigns.
The role is responsible for the execution, maintenance, and measurement of email marketing and nurture campaigns resulting in lead generation, business growth, and customer retention. The individual also helps to maintain contact data and participates in regular data clean-up activities while also maintaining the cleanliness of our automation platform, Marketo and ensuring exceptional deliverability of campaigns.MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)
Help maintain and support effective newsletter strategy through template coding, optimization, data management, etc.Develop and execute short term and long term email automation, campaigns, and programs in collaboration with key marketing staff.Evaluate the effectiveness of current automation programming and make recommendations around the evolution of these programs.Collaborate with the design team to build and create engaging and effective email designs and landing pages.Partner with key marketing stakeholders to assist in developing messaging and strategy in alignment with short and long term growth goals.Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance and conversion rates.Perform A/B split testing and analyze results.Develop deliverability best practice process and maintain/improve email deliverability and domain healthAnalyze campaign data and make recommendations for future campaigns. Report findings and recommendations monthly in the Department wide Marketing Snapshot.Manage and maintain email lists, segmentation and cohorts, and identify opportunities for future campaigns or automation. Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and trends. Utilize and explore competitor research, industry research and relevant reporting.Maintain a deep understanding of brand, audience, and company objectives.Project manage campaigns and programs.Utilize and explore competitor research, industry research and relevant reporting.Report regularly on metrics and insights gained from results along with recommendations to leadership.Create automated reports for stakeholders as neededExecute daily maintenance of deliverability of campaigns and seed listsCreate and maintain lead nurturing and customer acquisition email programs to support business growthSupport other marketing campaign requests as neededPerforms other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
Bachelors degree in marketing or business related field, or equivalent experience and/or certificates.3-5 Years of practical experience in an e-marketing role with management of email systems expertise1-2+ years experience working in cross-functional project teamsExperience in customer-facing web site support and problem resolutionExperience with Adobe Marketo and Adobe TargetExperience using Validity EverestKNOWLEDGE S AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)
Ability to demonstrate knowledge and experience in SEO and web content management.Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines.Strong knowledge of CSS / XML / HTML /JavaScript developmentBasic knowledge of web service protocols (REST, SOAP, etc)Strong e-marketing channel knowledge and best practiceAbility to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environmentMust be a demonstrated team player with a can-do mentalityDemonstrates decision-making and problem-solving abilities specific to Web technologies.Strong analytical skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple work requests and projects.
