Job Description

PickMyWork is a gig platform that helps any company sign-up new customers and engage with them, through a pay-per-task model using up-skilled unemployed youth.

Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets for credit cards.
  • Manage and optimise channel sales, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
  • Oversee and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with banking and financial institution partners to understand their needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.


Whom are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the credit cards industry, with a strong background in sales and managing channels / DSAs.
  • Proven experience in managing and driving performance of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
  • In-depth knowledge of credit cards.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing channel sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
