About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Manager of Growth to join our rapidly growing team. As a Manager of Growth, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to create and execute strategies that will propel our growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, user acquisition, and analytics, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the development and execution of scalable growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor, measure, and optimize growth initiatives. Work with data teams to set up dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, data, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals and product roadmaps.
Experimentation & Optimization: Drive A/B testing and other experiments to continuously refine and optimize campaigns. Lead efforts to identify opportunities for growth through new channels, content, or product offerings.
User Acquisition & Retention: Develop and implement strategies for user acquisition and retention, focusing on both paid and organic channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize paid media campaigns, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Analyze customer segments and behaviors to inform personalized growth strategies. Create targeted marketing campaigns to maximize lifetime value and reduce churn.
Revenue Growth: Drive initiatives that directly contribute to top-line revenue, focusing on improving conversion rates, optimizing the sales funnel, and maximizing the value of each customer.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on growth metrics, including user acquisition costs, customer lifetime value (CLV), and other relevant KPIs. Provide actionable insights to leadership.
Competitive Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging growth channels to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or performance role, ideally in a high-growth startup or tech environment.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.)
Proficient in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and CRM systems.
Excellent understanding of growth channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, and email marketing.
Ability to run A/B tests and interpret results to drive optimization.
Solid understanding of customer lifecycle, customer segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Soft Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a SaaS or tech-driven company.

Advanced knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
Knowledge of product growth metrics (DAU, MAU, churn, retention, LTV, etc.).
