Softobiz is seeking a high-impact
Growth Leader
to drive revenue expansion, market penetration, and strategic positioning across the US and Australia. This role demands deep ownership of pipeline, pursuit strategy, and account growth, with the ability to lead from the front building C-level relationships, shaping solution narratives, and creating scalable go-to-market plays in partnership with cross-functional teams.
As a core member of the growth leadership team, you will define and execute our sales strategy, unlock new markets, and evolve how we win mid-market and enterprise clients across digital transformation, AI-first delivery, SaaS enablement, and platform modernization.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Market Growth
Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets across assigned geographies and sectors
Identify and convert high-potential opportunities through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and account-based pursuit models
Launch region-specific GTM plays and campaign strategies tailored to local buying behavior and market maturity
Develop channel, alliance, and partnership programs to accelerate regional traction.
Client Acquisition Strategic Account Management
Build and sustain executive-level relationships across key accounts and prospects
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits with measurable impact on client outcomes
Drive solution strategy in collaboration with presales, delivery, and domain SMEs
Unlock cross-sell and upsell potential within existing accounts through insight-led conversations
Sales Execution Enablement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build compelling proposals, pricing models, and commercial strategies
Champion the use of CRM (Zoho) and sales analytics tools for pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking
Institutionalize sales playbooks, templates, and reusable assets for scalable growth motion
Mentor and coach inside sales or regional pods as growth demands scale
Market Intelligence Positioning
Monitor competitor moves, market shifts, and client needs to shape Softobiz s commercial narrative and service roadmap
Represent Softobiz in key industry forums, partner events, and executive roundtables
Contribute to thought leadership content, positioning frameworks, and brand visibility initiatives
Required Qualifications
15+ years in B2B IT Services, Digital Engineering, or SaaS growth roles with proven enterprise deal wins
Demonstrated success in selling to US and/or Australia-based clients with long-cycle consultative motions
Strong grasp of digital transformation themes including AI enablement, cloud-native modernization, platform thinking, and enterprise application services
Executive presence with excellent storytelling, solution framing, and commercial negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce) and sales operations frameworks (ABM, MEDDIC, etc.)
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
