Responsible to drive sales growth for the target product segment and expansion of customer base in Nigeria. Responsible for executing strategies to increase sales of VAG, expand market share and build strong relationships with customers.
1. Market Scanning: Identify the customers for VAG in Nigeria. Prepare the visit plan with a clear objectives.
2. Create a customer database for target segments, which includes consumptions, products / grades, existing supplier base, machinery details.
3. Identify the strategies to be adopted with customer in collaboration with stake holders, based on our strength.
4. Implement the outcomes by engaging with customers through technical discussion, suggesting formulation, trails etc.
5. Pipeline Projects: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive to conclusion.
6. Market Study and Competitive Landscape: Continuously monitor and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
7. Monitor the price trend for target segment. Analyse our offer vis-à-vis competition.
8. Follow-up for commercial order once grade is accepted. Monitor and drive the regularity of business for the target customers.
Polymer/Chemical Eng. graduate, MBA/PG will be an added advantage, Deg / Dip in foreign trade.
1. 5 to 6 years experience in marketing
2. Exposure in Nigeria market
3. Product knowledge in PE / PP. Competitors in Nigeria and their product portfolio vis-à-vis ours.
4. Knowledge on VAG in the product portfolio of producer.
