As we scale, we’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our Growth team.


What You’ll Do

As a Growth Associate, you’ll drive both B2B and B2C outreach to expand our learner base. You’ll be responsible for handling student leads, understanding their needs, and closing B2C enrollments. Simultaneously, you’ll initiate partnerships with colleges, training cells, and educational institutions to enable B2B collaborations. This is a performance-driven, high-impact role that directly contributes to our mission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential learners through inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Understand student/professional goals and recommend the right course/program.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up rhythm to ensure conversions.
  • Reach out to colleges and talk to TPOs and teachers to explore partnership opportunities.
  • Pitch group training solutions or internship-based models to education partners.
  • Work with CRM and lead tracking tools to manage your pipeline.
  • Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets (with attractive incentives).


You’re a Great Fit If You Have

  • 2-5 years of experience in EdTech or direct sales (B2B/B2C).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
  • Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, CRM, and email automation.
  • A growth mindset and hunger to learn, earn, and grow fast.
