Job Title: Growth & Marketing Manager (International EdTech)


📍 Location: Kolkata (Willing to Relocate)

🕒 Experience: Minimum 1 year in International EdTech Market

🏢 Industry: EdTech / E-learning / International Education


Job Summary:


We are hiring a result-driven Growth & Marketing Manager with solid experience in the international EdTech market. The role focuses on scaling growth through marketing strategy, lead generation, user acquisition, and performance marketing across global regions.


Key Responsibilities:


• Design and execute growth strategies for international markets (UK | US | AUS | Canada)

• Plan, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across paid and organic channels

• Drive student acquisition through funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization

• Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Monitor CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI for all campaigns

• Collaborate with sales and counselling teams to improve lead quality and conversions

• Develop brand positioning for global markets

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for growth opportunities

• Oversee content strategy for lead magnets, ads, and email marketing

• Prepare reports and dashboards to track performance and growth metrics

• Run experiments to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention


Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Minimum 1 year experience in International EdTech / E-learning

• Proven track record in lead generation and funnel building

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics

• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Problem solver with analytical thinking

• Willing to relocate to Kolkata


Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience working with international student markets

• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, and automation tools

• Familiarity with lead scoring and CRM workflows

• Budget handling and optimization experience
