Role & responsibilities

  • Own the

    end-to-end pre-sales funnel

    , from first customer contact to sales handover.
  • Manage, train, and monitor

    in-house and outsourced pre-sales teams

    to drive conversion.
  • Design and manage

    using a mix of AI calling, human calling, email, text, and CRM workflows.

  • Continuously improve

    speed, quality, and conversion rates

    across the funnel.

    with ownership of lead-to-visit conversion metrics.
  • Comfortable working with

    to build, scale, and improve tools like CRM systems, AI calling, and chatbots.

    ensuring fast and high-quality responses to every lead.
  • Data-driven approach
