We’ve also built out one of the best startup teams in India, with Senior Executives from Uber, Flipkart, Dream11 and institutions like Stanford, INSEAD, IIM, and IIT. # Group Product Manager - Ads ## Role Overview We're seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead our Ads Platform effort. In this role, you'll oversee the development and growth of the entire advertising platform, from campaign creation to analytics and post-campaign reporting. You'll be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and optimization of our advertising products to maximize value for both advertisers and our users. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Zepto's entire Ads Platform - Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver high-impact advertising solutions - Drive the development of innovative ad products that enhance advertiser ROI and user experience - Oversee the creation and improvement of campaign management tools, reporting dashboards, and analytics systems - Develop and track key performance metrics for the Ads Platform - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Zepto's ad products remain cutting-edge ## Qualifications - 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing ad tech products - Proven track record of leading and growing product teams in a fast-paced environment - Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic advertising, targeting, and measurement - Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus ## Required Skills - Strategic thinking and ability to translate business requirements into product features - Experience with ad serving technologies, RTB, and programmatic advertising - Familiarity with machine learning and its applications in advertising - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Show more Show less
