Job Title: Group Manager – QA
Location: Udaipur
Experience: 8–10 Years

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage multiple QA teams, ensuring quality across projects and products.

· Define QA strategy, standards, and best practices to align with business objectives.

· Oversee manual and automation testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.

· Implement and improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks for efficiency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, DevOps) to ensure seamless quality delivery.

· Monitor quality metrics, analyze results, and drive continuous improvements.

· Provide leadership, coaching, and career development for QA team members.

· Ensure compliance with organizational quality policies and industry standards.

Required Skills & Tools:

· 8–10 years of overall QA experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

· Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect management.

· Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, TestNG).

· Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

· Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD pipelines.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
