Job Description

Role Overview: As a Group Manager Employee Partner (Engagement) at WNS, your primary role will involve managing employee experience deliverables. You will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operating rigor, efficient workflow management, escalation management, stakeholder management, and achieving SLA levels. Your tasks will include resolving employee and departmental queries, providing program-led employee connect and communication activities throughout the employee life cycle, and ensuring operational governance.
