Experience: 5-8 years Human Resource Head Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Lead HR planning processes, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

• Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

• Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues.

• Identify training needs and develop training programs.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

• Manage and lead performance management processes.

• Handle payroll processing

• Act as a key point of contact to managers and staff regarding HR policies & procedures

Qualifications:

• Master's / Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
