Lead and implement HSE programs to achieve business goals and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (BOCW, Factories Act, etc.). Coach employees and contractors to build a strong safety culture. Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and ensure IMS compliance (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001). Monitor safety KPIs, lead incident investigations, and ensure timely closure of findings. Conduct safety audits, trainings, and liaise with statutory bodies.
Engineering degree (Electrical / Industrial Safety) with a PG Diploma in Industrial Safety (State Technical Board / NICMAR preferred).
1014 years of HSE leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of Indian safety regulations and international safety standards. Certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Fluency in Hindi and English; willingness to travel as per project needs.
